摘要
目的:探讨生物化学检验教学中提高动手能力的对策。方法:2016年3月-2017年3月以昆明卫生职业学院医学检验专业的215名学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法对大学生生物化学检验动手能力现状进行了调查并进行统计学分析,问卷的五因素分别为:课堂演示和实验开展情况、兴趣、目的、态度、最希望。结果:49.53%老师大部分做课堂演示,54.25%同学大部分做实验;感兴趣和不感兴趣原因各有不同;多数同学的目的还是比较明确,有自己的见解;多数同学的态度不够端正;83.49%的人希望自己亲自动手做实验。结论:根据现状分析结果,在校大学生有一定的实践动手能力,但是这与社会对大学生的要求远远不够,本文从兴趣、目的、态度、考核等方面提出有效的对策。
Objective:To discuss the countermeasure of improving manipulative ability in biochemistry test teaching.Method:The students of Kunming Health Vocational College were taken as the research objects from March 2016 to March 2017,and the current situation of the students’manipulative ability of biochemistry test was investigated through the questionnaire,five factors of which were classroom demonstration and experiment development,interest,goal,attitude,and most hope.Result:The teachers did classroom presentations for 49.53%,students did experiments for 54.25%.There were different reasons for being interested and not interested.The goal of most students who have their own views was relatively clear.The attitude of most students was not correct.The students hoped to do experiments by themselves for 83.49%.Conclusion:According to the analysis results,college students have certain manipulative ability,but this is not enough for the social requirements of college students.The effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper from the interest,the goal,the attitude and the examination.
