舒适护理对ICU危重症患者不良情绪及护理质量的影响

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Adverse Emotional and Nursing Quality of Critically Ill Patients in ICU

目的:探讨舒适护理对ICU危重症患者不良情绪及护理质量的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月本院收治的ICU住院患者94例为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组52例和观察组42例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取舒适护理。比较两组患者入科后12、48 h焦虑、抑郁、恐惧例数及两组患者护理满意度。结果:两组患者入科后12 h的恐惧、抑郁、焦虑例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者入科后48 h的恐惧、抑郁、焦虑例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项满意度均明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予ICU危重症患者采取舒适护理是切实可行的,且效果非常显著,在临床治疗上能够有效缓解患者的不良情绪,改善医患关系,整体提高了护理的质量,值得在临床上广泛的应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing on adverse emotional and nursing quality of critically ill patients in ICU.Method:94 patients in ICU hospitalized in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as research objects,according to different nursing methods,they were divided into 52 cases of control group and 42 cases of observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,and observation group received comfortable care on basis of control group.The cases of anxiety,depression and fear were compared between two groups entering the department after 12 and 48 h,and nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared.Result:The cases of anxiety,depression and fear of two groups were compared after 12 h,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the cases of anxiety,depression and fear of two groups were compared after 48 h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible and effective to give comfort care to critically ill patients with ICU,which can effectively relieve patients’adverse emotions,improve doctor-patient relationship and improve the quality of nursing,is worthy of wide application in clinic.
