精神科护理管理中应用人性化理念的价值评估 被引量:5

The Value Evaluation of Application of Humanized Concept in Nursing Management of Psychiatric Department

摘要 目的:研究与评估精神科护理管理中应用人性化理念的价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年9月本院精神科室女性护理人员80例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组护理管理中采用常规管理理念,观察组采用人性化理念。比较分析两组护理人员对精神科护理管理的总满意度以及不良事件(护理缺陷、护理投诉)发生情况。结果:观察组护理管理总满意度为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理缺陷、护理投诉等不良事件总发生率为5.0%(2/40),显著低于对照组的20.0%(8/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神科护理管理中应用人性化理念的价值十分显著,能显著提升护理人员对护理管理工作的满意度,同时还能减少护理缺陷、护理投诉等不良事件发生率,从而改善护患关系,值得临床应用推广。 Objective:To study and evaluate the value of humanized concept in nursing management of psychiatric department.Method:80 cases of female nursing staff in psychiatric department of our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional management concept in nursing management,and observation group adopted humanized concept.The total satisfaction of nursing staff to psychiatric nursing management and the occurrence of adverse events(nursing defects and nursing complaints)of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total satisfaction of nursing management in observation group was 95.0%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 80.0%(32/40)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events such as nursing defects,nursing complaints in observation group was 5.0%(2/40),which was significantly lower than 20.0%(8/40)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized concept of psychiatric nursing in management of value is very significant,can significantly enhance the nursing staff satisfaction on nursing management,while also reducing the incidence of nursing defects and nursing complaints and other adverse events,so as to improve the relationship between nurses and patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
