生长抑素联合香丹注射液应用于急性胰腺炎治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Somatostatin Combined with Xiangdan Injection Used in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:研究与分析生长抑素联合香丹注射液应用于急性胰腺炎治疗的效果。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2017年9月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,利用计算机将其随机分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各40例。对照组采用生长抑素常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用香丹注射液联合治疗。比较分析两组相关指标如肌酐、总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、血尿素氮等变化以及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组肌酐、总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、血尿素氮等指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肌酐、总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、血尿素氮等指标与对照组相比改善显著,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%明显高于与对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合香丹注射液治疗急性胰腺炎患者的效果非常显著,既能有效改善患者各种症状减轻其痛苦,又能加速其病情恢复,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To study and analysis the effect of somatostatin combined with Xiangdan injection used in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Method:80 cases with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given somatostatin conventional treatment,on the basis of this the observation group was treated with Xiangdan injection.The related indicators such as creatinine,total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen and other changes and the treatment effects of two groups were compared and analysed.Result:Before treatment,compared the serum creatinine,total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen and other indicators of two groups,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,blood urea nitrogen and other indicators in observation group were improved significantly compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%significantly higher than that of the control group 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin combined with Xiangdan injection in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,the effect is very significant,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the pain,accelerate the recovery period,so it is worthy of clinical application.
