木犀草素对缺血再灌注损伤作用机制的研究进展

Research Advances in Mechanism of Luteolin in Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

木犀草素最初是从中药药材木犀草中得到的,是一种天然黄酮类化合物,存在于多种水果蔬菜中。近几年研究发现,木犀草素具有抗肿瘤、抗凋亡、抗炎、抗病毒等药理作用。本文主要就木犀草素对缺血再灌注损伤作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述。

Luteolin is originally obtained from the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs,is a natural flavonoid compounds which exist in a variety of fruits and vegetables.In recent years,the study found that luteolin has anti-tumor,anti-apoptosis,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus and other pharmacological effects.In this paper,the latest research progress of the mechanism of luteolin on ischemia-reperfusion injury was reviewed.
