孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是一种以神经生物学为基础的神经发育障碍,发病机制至今尚不清楚。催产素(oxytocin,OT)是一种环状九肽分子,对学习、记忆、社会交往,摄食、消化、血压、心率等多种心理、生理现象均具有调节作用。近年来,OT由于在中枢神经系统上对社会交往有重要调节作用成为了ASD研究的热点。总结近年来OT疗法对ASD患者社会交往行为干预的研究进展,希望可以为国内相关领域研究及实践提供启示。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder based on neurobiology,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear.Oxytocin(OT)is a cyclic nine-peptide molecule,which can regulate many physiological and psychological phenomena,such as learning,memory,social interaction,ingestion,digestion,blood pressure,and heart rate.In recent years,OT has become the focus of ASD research because of its important role in regulating social interaction in the central nervous system.This article summarizes the research progress of OT therapy on the social interaction behavior of ASD patients in recent years,hoping to provide enlightenment for domestic research and practice of related fields.
