产教融合与校企合作的材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养模式探析与实践

Analysis and Practice of Talent Training Model of Material Processing and Control Engineering Major Based on "Integration of Production and Education and the College Enterprise Cooperation"

本文提出了材料成型及控制工程专业(材料成型专业)人才培养模式存在的问题,结合西安航空学院材料成型专业(铸造方向)应用型人才培养模式的特色,从人才培养方案修订、实践基地建设、师资队伍建设以及教学质量体系等方面出发,在本专业人才培养模式的构建方面做些有益的探析与实践。

In this paper,the problems existing in the talent training mode of material forming and control engineering major(material forming major)are put forward.Combining with the characteristics of the training mode of material forming major(casting direction)of Xi'an aeronautical university,the professional talent training mode was explored and practiced from the aspects of the personnel training program revision,the practice of base construction,teaching staff construction and teaching quality system,and so on.
