摘要
本文针对目前高职顶岗实习中的常见问题,运用双因素激励理论,厘清高职顶岗实习管理体系中的影响因素,并探讨解决问题的具体做法。
This paper aims at the common problems in the practice of Higher Vocational post,and uses the two factor motivation theory to clarify the influencing factors of the internship management system in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the concrete methods to solve the problems
