“卓越工程师教育培养计划”校企合作机制研究与实践

Research and Practice of School Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism of "Excellent Engineer Education Program"

"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是教育部贯彻中长期发展规划的一项重大改革项目,也是促进工程教育发展、培养创新型工程技术人才的重要举措。在各高校实施"卓越计划"过程中,校企合作机制往往存在一些困境,缺乏突破与创新,本文以福建工程学院机械专业"卓越计划"实施为例,借鉴国外职业教育校企合作机制的有益启示,提出"学校推动、行业引导、企业主导"的多元校企合作机制,为卓越计划试点高校提供借鉴。

"Excellent engineer education program"is a major reform project of the Ministry of education to implement the long-term development plan.It is also an important measure to promote the development of engineering education and cultivate innovative engineering talents.The implementation of"excellence program in Colleges and universities"in the process,the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation often has some difficulties,lack of breakthrough and innovation,this paper takes Fujian University of Technology mechanical engineering excellence program as an example,the beneficial enlightenment from foreign occupation education of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,put forward the"school promote,industry guidance,enterprise leading"s multi school enterprise cooperation mechanismand to provide reference for excellence programpilot universities.
