阐明了人力资源管理专业的导学案教学模式按照一个中心、两个主体、三条主线的基本思想进行设计,是"导"学,而非注入式的"讲",并以"人力资源管理概论的绩效管理(第一课时)"为例,阐述了人力资源管理专业导学案教学模式的实施。
