摘要
师范院校应着力于培养师范生的教学技能,并能在教学实践中熟练运用,而微格教学是从理论到实践的桥梁,有利于师范生教学技能的形成。基于心智技能形成三段论组织微格教学,是培养师范生教学技能的有效方式。
The normal college should focus on training normal students'teaching skills,and be able to use them skillfully in teaching practice.The microteaching is a bridge from theory to practice,which is beneficial to the formation of teaching techniques for normal students.Based on mental skills to form syllogism,organizing microteaching is an effective way to train normal students'teaching skills.
