摘要
流行病学对病因的认识及病因推断过程实际上属于逻辑学归纳推理的范畴。流行病学的病因包括了必要病因、充分病因、充分必要病因及不充分且不必要病因。应用逻辑学原理认识病因的概念,则能清楚了解原因与结果之间的关系,从而能正确理解疾病病因与疾病之间的关系,摒弃传统病因的错误观念。应用逻辑学推理原理,能明辨病因与疾病之间的逻辑关系,掌握必要条件、充分条件及充分必要条件在病因推断中的规则,不仅能避免在病因推断中犯逻辑推理错误,而且有利于顺利得到正确结果,对于医学生培养正确的逻辑思维至关重要。
The understanding of etiology and the cause of disease inference in epidemiology belong to the category of logic inductive reasoning.The etiology of epidemiology includes necessary cause,sufficientcause,necessary and sufficient cause,insufficient cause,and unnecessary cause.Using the principle of logic to recognize the concept of disease etiology,we can clearly understand the relationship between cause and outcome,so as to correctly understand the association between cause and disease,and can discard the erroneous ideas of the traditional concept of disease etiology.Bested on logic reasoning principle,we can distinguish the logical relationship between cause and disease,can understand applicable rules of necessary,sufficient,necessary and sufficient conditions in causal inference.It not only avoids the logical reasoning error in the cause of disease inference,but also helps to achieve the correct result.It is also essential to develop correct logic thinking for medical students.
