具有中医药特色的《功能性食品》课程教学内容初探 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代社会人们生活方式和饮食结构的改变,亚健康人群逐渐增多,我国功能食品产业也随之迅速发展,《功能性食品》课程在各大高校逐步开设。但目前《功能性食品》教学中中医药理论提及较少,与我国数千年来中医药文化、我国功能食品产业与中医药密不可分的现状不一致,故将中医药相关理论融入《功能性食品》课程的教学内容中,突出"药食同源"中药资源,融入体质学说,建立药膳保健食品研发思路,初步构建具有中医药特色的《功能性食品》课程。 With the changes in lifestyle and diet,sub-health population gradually increased,the function of food industry in China has developed rapidly,"functional foods"course gradually set up in universities.But the"functional food"in the teaching of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is rarely mentioned,and China's thousands of years of traditional Chinese medicine culture the status quo of China's food industry,the function of traditional Chinese medicine and is not consistent,so the traditional Chinese medicine theory into"functional food"teaching content,highlight the"medicine"of Chinese medicine resources into the constitution theory,the establishment of diet health food research and development ideas,"preliminary construction of functional food"course characteristic of Chinese medicine.
