高职院校民商法课程教学改革的思考实践

Thinking and Practice of Teaching Reform of Civil and Commercial Law Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,教学改革已经成为了高职院校发展的重要方向,也是新课改的必然要求。尤其是对于民商法来说,该课程本身就具备较强的实践性,如何跳出圈子,进行教学模式的转变,进行创新与改革是我们需要思考的。但是,目前民商法课程教学改革还存在一些缺漏,还需要在不断的发展中进行改进和完善,进行新模式的探索,以此来促进学生综合素质的提升、专业能力的提升,达到教育改革的最终目的。笔者根据相关文献,从当前民商法课程教学体系存在的缺陷为切入点,对民商法教育改革进行讨论和研究。

At present,the teaching reform has become an important direction of the development of higher vocational colleges,and has become an inevitable requirement of the new curriculum reform.Especially for civil and commercial law,the curriculum itself has strong practice,how to jump out of the circle,teaching mode changes,innovation and reform,we need to think about.However,the current teaching reform of civil and commercial law course there are still some gaps,but also needs to improve and constantly improve the development,explore new mode,in order to promote the comprehensive quality of students,enhance professional competence,achieve the ultimate goal of education reform.Based on the relevant literature,this paper discusses and studies the reform of civil and commercial law education fromthe point of view of the defects of the current curriculumsystemof civil and commercial law.
