浅谈分析化学实验教学的综合改革与创新人才的培养

Comprehensive Reform of Analytical Chemistry Experiment Teaching and Cultivation of Creative Talents

依据多年的分析化学实验教学实践,结合国务院颁布的《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020)》,探讨了分析化学实验综合性改革的必要性,以实现化学专业创新人才的培养。并从教学模式、教学内容、教学方法等方面开展了教学改革与创新的实践,目的是激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生的创新意识,提高学生的创新能力。特别是将一些新的教学手段如MOOC、SPOC及微信群讨论等引入到教学实践中,课程考核结果表明这些教学改革与实践是行之有效的。

On the basis of analytical chemistry experiment teaching practice for many years,and referring to the outline of the science and technology development plan formulated by the Ministry of Education(2006-2020),it was discussed the necessity of comprehensive reform of chemical experimen.In order to realize the training of creative talents in chemistry,the teaching reform and practice were carried out in this paper,from the aspects of teaching mode,teaching content and teaching methods.These reforms and practices stimulate students'interest in learning,raise students'awareness of innovation,and improve students'creative ability.are carried out to stimulate students'interest in learning,to cultivate students'innovative consciousness and to improve their creative ability.Especially,some new teaching methods,such as MOOC,SPOC and WeChat group,were introduced into the teaching practice.The results of curriculum assessment showed that these teaching reforms and practices were effective.
