摘要
人力资源是经济社会的一种资源。人力资源管理对提高人力资源开发水平,促进人力资源能力建设,促进经济发展和社会进步发挥着重要作用。加强高校人力资源管理,对于高校人力资源合理配置有着极大的帮助。本文通过分析高校现有人事制度的必要性和成因,结合我国高校人力资源的特点,对高校人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了针对性的对策和建议。
human resource is a kind of resource of economic society.Human resource management plays an important role in improving human resource development level,promoting human resource capacity building and promoting economic development and social progress.Strengthening human resource management in colleges and universities is of great help to the rational allocation of human resources in colleges and universities.This article through the analysis of the necessity and causes of the existing personnel system in colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics of human resources in colleges and universities in China,the problems existing in the human resources management in colleges and universities is analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
