高校“大创计划”培养现状与措施研究——以西安石油大学为例

Research on the Current Situation and Measures of "University Students Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan"——Take Xi'an Shiyou University for Example

当前,大学生的创新创业教育已备受各方重视,陕西省实行的大学生创新创业训练计划工作(以下简称"大创计划")是高校落实"双创"工作的重要举措,但目前"大创计划"培养中存在师资队伍、管理体制、设施条件及质量评价体系不完善、不健全等问题。本文结合本校实际,从以上几个问题出发,探究我校"大创计划"培养中问题形成的原因,并提出了解决的应对措施。

Now the university students innovation and entrepreneurship education has much attention,the implementation of Shaanxi Province college students innovation and entrepreneurship training programs is the important measure to implement the"Double Creations"of the university,but the"University Students Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan"existed in the training of teachers,facilities and management system,quality evaluation system is not perfect,imperfect and so on.In this paper,combined with the actual school,starting from the above questions,I explore the school"University Students Innovative Entrepreneurial Training Plan"causes formation of the problems,and puts forward the solving measures.
