摘要
人力资源管理专业的导学案设计从打破传统教学思维定式、建立开放的教学空间、倡导民主与和谐关系、突出学生主体地位、主讲教师精心指导、提高学生参与教学活动机会、学生亲身去探究问题、适时采取成功激励和评价激励等8个方面建构了导学案教学模式,提出了人力资源管理专业课程导学案教学模式的创新要素,使学生针对人力资源管理能够提出问题、分析问题、解决问题,并学会迁移。
The guide case design of human resource management major breaks through the traditional thinking of teaching,establishes an open teaching space,advocates the relationship between democracy and harmony,highlights the dominant position of students,guides teachers carefully and improves students'opportunities to participate in teaching activities,the timely adoption of successful motivation and evaluation of motivation and other aspects of the construction of the guided lesson teaching model.In addition,this paper proposed the innovation elements of human resources management professional curriculum guide case teaching mode to enable students to raise questions,analyze problems,solve problems about human resource management and learn to relocate.
