研究型大学建立本科生课程助教体制的思考——以浙江大学生命科学学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 目前研究型高校已基本不再招聘青年讲师,这对于一直以来依赖讲师指导本科生实验和实习的传统教学体制带来不可逆转的冲击。国内外多年的实践与探索表明:建立本科生课程的研究生助教体制是解决该问题的重要方法。本文通过对浙江大学生命科学学院研究生助教的遴选、培训、考核等方面的探讨,发现完善的研究生助教体制不但提高了研究生的教学实践能力,也让任课老师可以把主要精力放在教学和科研上,更加优质地完成本科生实验和实习课程教学。 At present,research universities have been stopped recruiting young lecturers basically,which has brought irreversible impact on the traditional teaching system because of the dependency on the young lecturers to guide the experiment and practice for the undergraduate.Years of practice and exploration showed that the one of the important methods to solve the problem was to establish the teaching assistant system of graduate for the undergraduate courses.Research on the selection,training and assessment of teaching assistant system shows that the good teaching assistant system of graduate has not only improved the ability of the graduate students,but also allowed the teachers to take more time on the teaching and scientific research.
