摘要
青年教师队伍作为地方高校的新鲜血液,是"双一流建设"的生力军,但是青年教师如何在新时期协调好教学和科研之间的关系是目前制约教师发展的重要瓶颈,主要体现在"研"到"教"的角色转换、"教"与"研"不匹配和"教"与"研"的双趋冲突。本文针对这一问题阐述了教研协同创新的重要意义,并且提出通过构建新型教研关系、形成新型教研模式和创新教研评价体系来实现教研协同创新的主要路径。
As fresh blood in local universities,young teacher is one of the most important power in the first-class universities and academic programs.However,how to deal with the relationship between teaching and research is the bottleneck of the development of young teachers.This hurdle mainly reflected in the the role conversion form researcher to teacher,the mismatch between teaching and research,and bipolar conflict of teaching and research.Aim to this problem,we explain the significance of the synergistic innovation of teaching and research,and also develop four kinds of strategy to implement the synergistic innovation.
