摘要 人才培养和科学研究是高等院校的两大基本职能,教学和科研也是高校教师的两大基本职责。高校新进教师具有扎实的科研基础和丰富的科研背景,但教学经验缺乏,教学能力有待提高。如何利用自身的科研优势,辅助教学、促进教学,提高自己的教学能力,值得每个高校新进教师思考。 Personnel training and scientific research are two basic functions of college and university.Therefor teaching and scientific research are also two basic responsibilities of college and university teachers.The young college and university teachers possess solid research foundation and rich research background.However,they lack the teaching experience,and the teaching ability of them need to be improved.How to assist teaching,promote teaching and improve the teaching ability by using their own scientific research advantages,which is worth thinking about by every young college and university teachers.
