The Overview of UK Intellectual Property Education and Its Implications for Intellectual Property Education in China

英国作为世界上最早建立知识产权制度的国家,其知识产权教育起步早、发展成熟、教育体系呈现诸多特色。本文在借鉴、吸收、融合英国知识产权教育特色的基础上,结合我国知识产权教育的现状,提出完善我国知识产权教育的几个方面。

The United Kingdom is one of the earliestcountries to establish the intellectual property system.Generally,the UK Intellectual Property system is well developed and has many characteristics.This article explores and analyzes the main features of UK Intellectual Property education.Then,based upon the current situations of the Intellectual Property education,this article propose some suggestions for improve the Intellectual Property education in China.
