摘要 目的:探讨预防医学生卫生应急能力和培养现状,为今后的教学改革提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的卫生应急能力状况调查问卷对广西某医学院校在校预防医学专业学生进行问卷调查。结果:总共调查预防医学专业学生527人,回收有效问卷513份,有效问卷回收率为97.34%;大四学生的"流行病和传染病学知识得分"、"卫生学知识得分"、"其他预防医学专业基础知识得分"均明显高于其他三个年级的学生(均有P<0.05);大四学生的"现场协调能力得分"、"组织协调能力得分"、"获取、分析和利用信息的能力得分"和"撰写报告能力得分"最高,差异有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论:预防医学生的卫生应急相关知识和能力比较缺乏,应重点加强卫生应急能力的培养。 Objective:To study the health emergency ability and emergency training condition of preventive medical students,so as to provide reference for future teaching reform.Methods:The survey was conducted on the preventive medical students at a medical university in Guangxi by the self-design questionnaire.Results:A total of 527 preventive medical students were investigated,and 513 valid questionnaires were recovered with the recovery rate at 97.34%.The scores of"epidemiology and lemology knowledge","hygienics knowledge"and"other basic knowledge of preventive medicine courses"were significantly higher in the grade 4 students than other three grades(all P<0.05).The scores of"coordinate ability","organizing ability"and"the ability of acquire,analyze and utilize information"were highest in the grade 4 students,which significantly higher than other three grades(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive medical students were lack of health emergency knowledge and abilities,and should focus on the training of health emergency ability.
