The Central Committee of the CPC regards improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability as the overall goal of deepening the reform comprehensively.For the ruling party,Chinese traditional culture is undoubtedly a"ruling rich ore",which deserves the ruling people to draw strength fromit.This article is based on the background of deepening the reform,through summarizing the essence of Confucius's political ethics,trying to draw the rich country from China excellent traditional culture governance experience and resources to provide theoretical guidance for the realization of national governance systems and governance capacity modernization.
