地方高校的研究生创新能力的多元协同培养模式探索与实践

Local University Graduate Student Innovation Ability Training Mode of Multiple Cooperative Exploration and Practice

针对普通省属高校存在获得的政府资助偏低、高水平师资力量不足等问题,以陕西科技大学材料科学与工程学科全体研究生创新能力培养为依托,对其创新能力的多元协同培养模式从理论与实践的多个层面进行归纳和总结。构建了"基于学术网络"的多维度导师团队,实现了多元化的研究生创新能力指导;构建了研究生为核心的"核-壳"多角色转换培养模式,强化了创新能力的多维度培养;构建了"三维一体"的学术交流平台,营造浓厚的创新学术氛围,拓展研究生创新视野;构建"本硕融通"的创新能力培养体系,延长了创新能力培养周期,夯实创新能力的培养基础,探索出了一条适用于地方工科院校提升研究生创新能力培养的特色之路。

For ordinary provincial colleges and universities is to get government funding on the low side,lack of high level teachers in Shaanxi University of Science and Technology of materials science and engineering discipline all the graduate student innovation ability training as the backing,the innovation ability of multiple cooperative education mode from the multiple levels of theory and practice of induction and summary.In this paper,the multi-dimensional tutor team based on academic network has been constructed,which has realized the diversity of graduate innovation ability guidance;In this paper,the multi-role transformation culture model of the core of graduate students is constructed,and the multi-dimension cultivation of innovation ability is strengthened;Build"this accommodation to recognize"the innovation ability training system,prolong the cycle of innovation ability training,strengthen the cultivation of innovation ability,explore a suitable for the local engineering colleges promote graduate student innovation ability training of characteristic.
