摘要
《食品分析实验》是一门应用性很强的课程。本文从教学实践出发,对《食品分析实验》课程的课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行了大胆尝试和实践,取得了一定的成效,期望能对《食品分析实验》课程的教学提供一定的参考。
"Food Analysis Experiment"is a highly applied course.In this paper,the reforms and practices in the course system,teaching contents,teaching methods and examination modes were presented.Some certain effects were obtained by teaching practice.It is expected to provide some reference for the teaching of food analysis experiment.
