摘要
在教学过程中,互动式教学法是重要的教学方法之一,如何正确评价互动式教学法在仿真课程中的教学效果是关键性问题。本研究通过深度访谈方式,建构了互动式教学法效果评估模型,通过EFA和CFA分析,对模型进行了修正。结果表明,评估模型包括5个测量维度,即教师能力、学生动因、沟通能力、资源准备、管理能力。本研究不仅提升互动式教学法在商科实验课程中的应用,同时为提升商科实验教学水平提供检验的标准。
In the process of teaching,interactive teaching is one of the important teaching method,how to correctly evaluate the efficacy of the interactive teaching in the course of the simulation teaching is the key problem.By depth interview way,we construct interactive teaching method evaluation model.Through the analysis of EFA and CFA,we correct the evaluation model.Results show that the evaluation model including five measurement dimensions,namely the ability of teachers,students motivation,communication skills,resources and management ability.This study not only promote the application of interactive teaching method in business experiment courses,also enhance the level of business experiment teaching at the same time to.
