摘要
以"食品加工类"课程为例,食品加工与安全领域专业硕士专业课程教学重在使学生将所学食品加工技术专业知识在实践中有效应用。案例教学可使理论和实践能够较好地结合起来,有利于提高此类课程的教学效果。本文从食品加工类的课程特点、案例教学的优点及食品加工类课程案例教学所需条件三个方面阐述案例教学在贵州大学食品加工与安全领域专业硕士食品加工类课程中的教学优势。
Taking the course of"food processing"as an example,the teaching of professional majors in the field of food processing and safety focuses on the effective application of the professional knowledge of food processing technology in practice.Case teaching can make the theory and practice can be better combined,is conducive to improving the teaching effect of such courses.This paper expounds the teaching advantages of the case teaching in the field of food processing and safety of Guizhou University from three aspects:the characteristics of the course of food processing,the advantages of case teaching and the requirements of case teaching of food processing courses.
