本文着重从构建职教特色的书院文化的基本原则、构建职教特色的书院文化的途径和构建职教特色的书院文化建设的支撑体系三个方面进行了论述,以期提升职业院校书院办学的软实力,有效推动书院制办学模式在职业院校的可持续发展。

This paper focuses on the basic principle of establishing academy culture featuring on vocational education,ways of establishing academy culture featuring on vocational education and supporting system of academy culture construction featuring on vocational education in order to improve the soft power of academy school-running in vocational colleges and promote the sustainable development of academy school-running patterns in vocational colleges.
