摘要
"双师型"教师不仅要具有较强的理论传授能力,还要有较强的实践动手能力和指导学生就业创业的能力。而高校"双师型"教师的实践能力不是与生俱来的,大多数是经过企业经历、实践锻炼等后天获得的,因此,地方本科院校要重视"双师型"教师的教学发展和职业生涯规划,制定促进"双师型"教师教学发展政策制度,为"双师型"教师的发展提供保障。文章以吉林农业大学为例,在总结归纳"双师型"教师职业特点的基础上,对促进"双师型"教师职业发展的政策措施进行了初步探索。
"Double-type"teachers should not only have strong theoretical ability,but also have strong practical ability and ability to guide students'employment and entrepreneurship.Whereas the Teachers'practical ability of the"Double-type"teachers in colleges and universities is not innate,most of them are acquired from the enterprise experience and practice.As a result,local undergraduate colleges and universities should attach great importance to the instructional development and career planning of"Double type"teachers,meanwhile formulate the appropriate policy and institution to promote instructional development of the"Double-type"teachers in order to provide the guarantee for the development of"Double-type"teachers.In this essay,the professional characteristic of the"Double-type"teachers has been summarized taking Jilin Agriculture University as an example.On this basis,a primary exploration has been accomplished about the policies and measures promoting the professional development of"Double-type"teachers.
