Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Single Way Ticket Loss in Xi'an Metro

单程票是城市轨道交通售检票系统的重要组成部分,是地铁行业不可或缺的一种票卡,而单程票在使用过程中具有使用量大、流失率高、成本高、难管理的特点。为了更好地控制单程票的流失,本文通过分析西安地铁单程票使用和管理现状,找出存在的问题,并分析其原因,最后提出了有针对性的管控措施。

A one-way ticket is an important part of city rail transit AFC system,is an indispensable industry metro ticket card,and a one-way ticket has the characteristics of large quantity,high turnover rate,high cost,difficult to manage in the process of using.In order to better control the loss of one-way tickets,this paper analyzes the current situation of the use and management of one-way tickets in Xi'an metro,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward some targeted control measures.
