摘要 本文以系统论观点作为指导,针对当前农业人才培养难以满足区域现代农业发展的需要,探讨如何将系统论应用于农学专业学生实践技能的培养。以培养"基础实践"+"专业实践"+"创新训练"+"创业技能"过程为主体框架,做到专业实践教学内容与形式的系统统一,促进农学专业学生创新创业意识和能力的有序培养。 In view of the issue of current agricultural personnel training,it is difficult to meet the needs of regional modern agriculture development,This article explored how the system theory could be applied to in-order training of practical ability on agronomy specialty with aid of systematic view.With agronomy practice teaching mode reform,we should develop"professional knowledge","professional skills","innovative quality"and"entrepreneurial spirit".Meanwhile,in order to improve the in-order training of the students'creative consciousness and ability,we should build the systematic unity between professional practice teaching content and forms.
