摘要
"集成电路工艺"是微电子科学与工程相关专业的一门重要专业主干课程。本文首先探讨了双语教学的必要性和意义;在总结该课程双语教学存在的主要问题的基础上,从教学内容和教学方法等方面提出了改进措施,为"集成电路工艺"双语教学提供一定的借鉴与参考。
"Integrated circuit technology"is an important course for the microelectronics science and engineering related major.The significance of applying bilingual education on this course is discussed at first.Based on analyzing the main problems encountered during the bilingual education on this course,several solutions on teaching content and teaching method have been proposed.The above offers a reference for the bilingual education of integrated circuit technology.
