本科院校与高职院校联合举办应用型本科人才培养模式的研究与实践

随着中国经济社会的发展和产业结构的调整,社会对人才的要求,不仅要具有熟练的操作动手的实践能力,也要求具有坚实的理论基础、能进行自我学习、自我更新、自我不断探索创新的能力。本科院校与职业院校各有特色,也各有不足。如何创新人才培养模式,适应社会的需求,是研究的重点。因此,积极探索构建或形成比较完备的人才培养体系,使之与社会经济发展和产业结构调整相适应,成为国内教育界探索的热点和关键问题。本文就本科院校与职业院校联合培养本科人才的模式进行研究,旨在不断地探索人才培养的新模式,为社会发展提供人才的保障。

With the development of China's economic and social and industrial structure adjustment,the social demand for talents,not only to have skilled operate hands-on practice ability,also has a solid theoretical foundation,and self-learning,self-renewal,self continuously explore innovative ability.Undergraduate and vocational colleges have their own characteristics and deficiencies.It's the focus of the study that how to innovate talent training mode to adapt the needs of society.Therefore,actively explore to construct or forma more comprehensive system of talent training,make it adapted to social economic development and industrial structure adjustment,is becoming a hot spot of domestic education exploration and key problems.This paper studies the mode of cultivating undergraduate talents in the undergraduate and vocational colleges,aiming at constantly exploring the new mode of talent cultivation and providing the guarantee of talents for social development.
