摘要
案例教学法是法学研究生教学的主要方法,但案例教学法存在着学生缺乏互动和参与不均等教学弊病。合作式案例教学法整合案例分析、合作学习、拟题讨论等教学法,使课堂成为双向交流的场所,促进学生共同学习和讨论,课堂气氛活跃。这种创新的教学方法既有助于学生提高学习动机,又可以提高学生活用法律和善用法律推理的能力,符合法学研究生教学改革的趋势要求。
Case teaching method is the main method of law graduate teaching,but the case teaching method is lack of interaction and participation in teaching.Cooperative analysis,case teaching method integrating cooperative learning,case discussion teaching method",make the classroom become a two-way exchange place,promote students to learn together and discuss,the classroom atmosphere is active.This innovative teaching method will help students to improve their learning motivation,and improve students'ability to make use of the law and make good use of legal reasoning.It conforms to the trend of the teaching reformof law graduate students.
