Professional Qualities and Cultivating Paths about Primary Teachers from the Perspective of Key Competencies

在小学教育阶段,培养学生发展核心素养的关键在于教师。因此,核心素养视角下小学教师的专业特质及其培养尤为重要。通过学生发展核心素养视角下小学教师专业特质结构分析,可以采取调整课程设置方案、强化教学实践环节、完善考核评价机制等途径,来实现核心素养下小学教师专业特质的培养。

Developing the primary school students’key competencies depends on the primary school teachers.Therefore,it is important to cultivate the professional qualities of primary school teachers from the perspective of the key competencies.This article tries to analyze professional qualities of primary school teachers from the perspective of key competencies,and then gives some strategies and suggestions to realize the cultivation of professional qualities of primary school teachers such as adjusting the curriculum plan,strengthening the teaching practice,improving the mechanism of evaluation and so on.
