青少年网络游戏沉迷现象与规制研究——以手游《王者荣耀》为例 被引量:6

摘要 文章以手游《王者荣耀》为例,通过剖析青少年沉迷网络游戏的现状及危害,分析青少年沉迷的原因,并针对我国现有网络游戏防沉迷措施的不足,发掘制度与监管疏漏,提出建立更加完善并有效的法律监管制度,明确网络游戏经营者责任,加强家庭与学校的教育引导,发挥社会帮扶协助作用,从而构建一个既有完善的监管制度强制约束,又有家庭、学校、社会力量等积极疏导的联防联控、综合治理又有实务可操作性的网络游戏“防沉迷”体系。 This article take the mobile games Glory of Kings as an example,analysis the present situation and harm of teenagers addicted to online games,and tries to find the reason about this.Aiming at the lack of anti-addiction measure about online game,the paper tries to discover the issues of the system and supervision,comes up with effective supervisory system,clarifies the responsibility of game operator,strengthens the guide of family and schools,gives play to social help,and constructs a anti-addiction system with the above characteristics.
