双能CT在痛风诊疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 痛风是血尿酸水平升高,导致单钠尿酸盐在关节和其他组织中沉积所致的疾病。双能CT(duel-energy computer tomography,DECT)通过双能量级系统扫描成像,可增大物体的对比度,从而对不同结晶加以鉴定和区分。痛风的相关研究显示,DECT具有良好的诊断特异性及敏感性,但目前临床应用时间尚短,本文综述DECT检查过程及结果中可能存在的问题,并结合临床及影像进行解读。 Gout is characterized by hyperuricemia,with deposition of sodium urate in joints and other tissues.Duel-energy computer tomography(DECT)can increase the contrast of the object by dual energy level system,thus identifying different crystals.Previous studies have shown that the specificity and sensitivity of DECT for gout are high.But the clinical usefulness of such information is uncertain.This article mainly review the DECT examination process and results both from clinical and imaging aspects.
