湿法回收废铅膏过程中杂质锑转化迁移的研究

摘要 分析了铅膏中杂质锑存在形式,研究了有机酸体系浸出回收废铅膏过程中锑杂质的迁移转化规律。实验结果表明当浸出剂的投加量一定时,随反应时间延长,杂质转移到滤液中越多。锑的转化率相对较高,可以达到97.0%左右。循环实验表明,随着循环次数的不断增加,液相中锑含量减少,到第3次循环时,锑进入到滤液中的比例只有38%,绝大部分锑杂质进入到固相中。 On the analysis of the existing form of antimony impurity,migration of antimony impurity was studied in citric acid/sodium citrate system used to leach the recycled waste lead paste.The experimental results showed that when the dosage of the leaching agent was fixed,the impurities were transferred to the solution with the prolonging of reaction time.The conversion rate of antimony was relatively high,can reach about 97%.Circulation experiments showed that with the increase of cycle times,the content of antimony in the liquid phase was decreased,and the proportion of antimony in the solution was only 38%,and the majority of the impurities entered into the solid phase in the third cycle.
