摘要
通过监测未负载时关键点位的风速,及负载时达到设定参数所需的时间,对3种风循环方式的固化室进行研究。进一步对固化室内各监测点位处正极板中游离铅含量和含水量的变化进行分析,并借助显微镜、X-射线衍射分析固化后板栅腐蚀层的厚度和极板成分,探究风循环方式对极板一致性的影响。
By monitoring the air velocities at the key positions when there is no load,and the time required to set parameters when there is a load,three kinds of curing chamber with different air circulation mode respectively are studied.Further,the free lead content and Oxidation of free lead and moisture changes in plates at various monitoring points and water content in the positive plates cured at the all the monitoring positions in the curing chambers are analyzed.The corrosion layer thickness between the grid and the active materials is measured by the metallographic microscope,and the phase composition of positive active materials is analyzed by X-ray diffraction to explore the impacts of air circulation modes on plate consistency.
