摘要
采用改变剪切刀片结构的方法,将极板连接处分切成丝状物,使其回收率由70%上升至95%左右,且将分切过程极板的不良率由3%下降至0.3%左右。同时,增加传送机、熔炼炉和环保设备等装置,采用废料直接回收的方法,提高生产效率,改善生产环境。
By changing the structure of shear blade,the joints of plates are turned into filaments after the plates are parted.The lead recovery rate of plate joints is increased from 70%to 95%,and the reject ratio of the plates is reduced from 3%to 0.3%.Meanwhile,by increasing conveyor,melting furnace and environmental protection equipment to directly recycle scrap materials,the production efficiency is increased,and the production environment is improved.
