摘要
详细描述了铅酸蓄电池加酸壶清洗设备的工艺要求,循环动作过程,设计要点,以及电气控制系统的设计方法。该设备的电气控制系统采用西门子S7-200 PLC控制(CPU224XP),以顺序控制程序为核心控制程序。通过主程序调用自动控制、手动控制、及2个子程序,具备手动调整、自动循环、紧急情况处理的控制功能。该设备实现了加酸壶的自动清洗,以机器代人,减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
In this paper,the technological requirements,cyclic action process,key points of design and design method of electrical control system of the cleaning machine of acid filling pot of leadacid battery are introduced.The main controller of the electrical automatic control system is Siemens PLC S7-200 CPU224XP.The master program is a sequential control program,including OB1,SBR-1(automatic program),SBR-2(manual program)and interruption control program.The equipment can fulfill automatic cleaning for the sulfuric acid pot.It can decrease the intensity of the operators and improve the efficiency in a large scale.
