包皮环切缝合器治疗包皮过长的初步体会(附251例分析)

Preliminary experience of circumcision suture in the treatment of redundant prepuce(251 cases)

目的:探讨一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术的安全性及应用技巧。方法:对251例包皮过长及包茎患者用包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术,250例完成手术。结果:与同期行传统手术方法32例包皮过长及包茎患者比较,发现其出血少,操作简单,患者痛苦少,术后伤口美观。结论:一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术安全,有良好的应用前景。

Objective:To explore the safety and application of circumcision by one-off circumcision suture.Methods:251 cases with circumcision and phimosis were circumcised with circumcision suture,and 250 cases were performed.Results:Compared with 32 patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis during the same period,the traditional operation method showed less bleeding,simple operation,less pain,and beautiful wound after operation.Conclusion:The one-off circumcision suture is safe for circumcision,and it has a good prospect of application.
