环磷酰胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果及对患者凝血功能的影响

Clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma and its effect on coagulation function

目的:探讨环磷酰胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果及对患者凝血功能的影响。方法:收治多发性骨髓瘤患者100例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用VAD方案治疗,观察组采用环磷酰胺联合VAD方案治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组凝血功能情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:环磷酰胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma and its effect on coagulation function.Methods:100 patients with multiple myeloma were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with VAD program.The observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide combined with VAD program.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference of coagulation function between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma was significant,and the security was high.
