摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉对上肢关节脱位患者的应用效果。方法:收治上肢关节脱位患者46例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用盲探臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,观察组采用超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组的麻醉效果优于对照组,麻醉阻滞时间、麻醉完成时间、运动阻滞起效时间均短于对照组,并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉对上肢关节脱位患者的应用效果显著。 Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia for patients with upper limb joint dislocation.Methods:46 patients with upper limb joint dislocation were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given blind brachial plexus block anesthesia,and the observation group was given ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the anesthetic effect was better than that in the control group,the time of anesthesia block,the completion time of anesthesia and the onset time of motor block were all shorter than those in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia for patients with upper limb joint dislocation was significant.
