骨折复位外固定器治疗下肢复杂性骨折的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of fracture reduction external fixator in the treatment of complex fracture of lower extremities

目的:探讨骨折复位外固定器治疗下肢复杂性骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治下肢复杂性骨折患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用钢板固定治疗,观察组采用骨折复位外固定器治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨折复位外固定器治疗下肢复杂性骨折的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fracture reduction external fixator in the treatment of complex fracture of lower extremities.Methods:40 patients with complex fracture of lower extremities were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with plate fixation,and the observation group was treated with fracture reduction external fixator.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The efficiency of the observation group and the incidence of adverse reactions were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fracture reduction external fixator in the treatment of complex fracture of lower extremities was significant.
