摘要
目的:比较早期肠内营养支持和肠外营养对行手术治疗的胃癌患者病情变化的影响。方法:收治胃癌患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均行手术治疗,对照组采用肠外营养支持,观察组采用肠内营养支持,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组并发症总发生率、营养状况和住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养支持能明显缩短患者住院时间,加快患者病情的恢复,能更大程度地改善患者的营养状况,降低术后并发症发生率,改善预后。
Objective:To compare the effects of early enteral nutrition support and parenteral nutrition on the changes of the patient's condition with the operation of gastric cancer.Methods:66 patients with gastric cancer were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups were treated with surgical treatment.The control group was given parenteral nutrition support,and the observation group was given enteral nutrition support.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the total incidence of complications,the nutritional status and the time of hospitalization were obviously superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,speed up the recovery of patients'condition,improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the prognosis.
