老年肠梗阻患者的手术治疗时机探讨

The time of surgical treatment for elderly patients with intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨老年肠梗阻的最佳手术治疗时机。方法:收治老年肠梗阻患者85例,保守治疗53例,手术治疗32例。32例手术治疗患者中,24例<7 d手术为观察组,8例≥7 d为对照组,比较两组并发症发生率和死亡率。结果:手术治疗组治愈率高于保守治疗组,观察组治愈率更高,病死率和术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:老年肠梗阻患者保守治疗无效者,应积极手术,预防并发症发生,降低病死率。

Objective:To explore the best operative time for senile intestinal obstruction.Methods:85 cases of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction were selected,53 cases were treated with conservative therapy,and 32 cases were treated with surgery.In the 32 patients treated with surgery,24 cases within seven days of the operation were divided into the observation group,8 cases more than 7 days were divided into the control group.We compared the incidence of complications and mortality in two groups.Results:The cure rate of the operation group was higher than that of the conservative treatment group.The rate of cure was higher in the observation group,and the mortality rate and postoperative complication rate were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conservative treatment for elderly patients with intestinal obstruction was ineffective.We should actively carry out surgical treatment,so as to prevent complications and reduce the mortality.
