腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术中的效果

Effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨腰硬联合麻醉与全身麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果。方法:收治老年股骨颈骨折手术患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组应用全身麻醉,观察组应用腰硬联合麻醉。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者应用腰硬联合麻醉与全身麻醉,镇痛效果均比较理想,但腰硬联合麻醉不良反应较少,安全性更高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in the operation of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.Methods:88 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation group received combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery is ideal,but combined spinal epidural anesthesia has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
