Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗鹿角形肾结石的临床疗效

Clinical effect of phase Ⅱ retrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of staghorn calculi

目的:探讨Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗鹿角形肾结石的临床效果。方法:收治鹿角形肾结石患者34例,采用Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均完成手术。共30例患者结石全部取出,清除率88.24%。术中无输血,4例出现可控制的并发症。结论:Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗鹿角形肾结石的临床效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of phaseⅡretrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of staghorn calculi.Methods:34 patients with staghorn calculi were selected,and they were treated with PhaseⅡretrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.We observed the effect of the treatment.Results:All the patients completed the operation.In 30 cases,all the stones were removed,and the clearance rate was 88.24%.There were no blood transfusions during the operation,and 4 cases had controlled complications.Conclusion:The clinical effect of phaseⅡretrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of staghorn calculi was significant,and the security was high.
